REFUND POLICY

Refund Eligibility and Timeline
  
New customers can request a refund within 30 days from the Date of Purchase.
The Date of Purchase is when the Setup Fee is paid for website creation.
The Refund Period lasts for 30 days from the Date of Purchase.
  
Questionnaire Requirement
  
Completion of a business questionnaire is necessary for website creation.
Failure to complete the questionnaire leads to no website delivery.
Refund requests possible within the Refund Period regardless of questionnaire completion.
  
Refund Exclusions
  
Refunds not granted after the Refund Period, even if questionnaire not completed.
Non-completion of the questionnaire doesn't extend the Refund Period.
Sales outside the Refund Period are non-refundable.
  
Website Delivery Delay
  
If MILLENNIALS MARKETING doesn't deliver the website within 7 days of questionnaire completion:
Refund Period extended based on the number of days delayed.
  
Refund Calculation for Purchased Services
  
Refund for purchased Services (subject to clause 1):
Full amount paid minus custom domain name cost (if chosen).
Without custom domain choice, full refund of recurring plan subscription.
